適合性と証拠の品質を分離する

Fit score answers whether the company matches your offer. Confidence answers whether the available website evidence is strong enough to trust the recommendation. Both are needed before you save the prospect.

Set a clear threshold for when a prospect is worth saving. Without one, it is easy to keep too many companies that have no usable outreach angle.

A clear matrix keeps high-fit prospects with weak evidence out of outreach while preserving companies that deserve manual review.

• High fit and high confidence: save as a Prospect Card and prioritize outreach.
• High fit and low confidence: review another page before export.
• Low fit and strong signal: archive the note unless your offer or ICP changes.

輸出に資格を持ち込む

The qualification context should not disappear when a prospect leaves the research tool. Export fields should include fit score, signal summary, first line, source notes, follow-up status, and saved/exported status.

• Use status fields to prevent duplicate work.
• Keep source notes in exports or your own notes for review.
• Export only saved prospects when building outreach lists.

Save a prospect when it matches the ICP, has at least two source-backed website cues, and has a first line you would be comfortable sending.
